Comments:Modified $.!Boot.Choices.Printers.lj.Resources.Messages to overcome two problems with the standard PDF:
A Printer Reset causes the Top Margin to be set to the printer default of 1/2in which the application
cannot then use. To set Top Margin to zero added ESC & l 0 E to the paper tray selection string because
it is sent after the reset string.
Paper tray selection is not possible via Printers - it should be.
The standard AUTO_FEED string always selects bottom paper tray. Altered to ESC & l 0 H to allow selection
of paper cassette by printer panel buttons.
