We use the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you. For example if you place an order with us on-line we will store a 256 byte encrypted record of the transaction information on our server. This encrypted record will be used to provide the following services to you:

  • A printable receipt for an order you have placed.
  • Links so that any digital purchases you have made can be downloaded.
  • Any post purchase information (such as technical support) that may be required to support your purchase.
  • To process any product activation requests should any product you purchase require activation/unlocking.
  • To update you with regard to the process of an order.

In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • If requested: To provide you with information relating to other 3QD Developments Ltd products or services.
  • If requested: To inform you of any updates that have been made to any products that you have purchased from us.

Providing us with your information

Access to Information

A 'Subject Access Request' incurs a small charge of £10, made payable to 3QD Developments Ltd, to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information. To place a 'Subject Access Request' you will need to write to 'Data Protection' at our our normal address and include:

  • Your name and address.
  • The payment of £10 as a cheque made out to 3QD Developments Ltd.
  • A Proof of identity (such as a copy of a photo ID).
  • A Proof of your address (such as an energy bill).

We need to ask for the proof of identity and proof of address to ensure confidentiality.
